We stand behind every shock package we sell.
Whether your system is under warranty or simply due for service, here’s how to move forward.

Black Label Edition (Bandit x Elka Collaboration) and Elka/Bandit Edition

Warranty Claims

If your Black Label shocks are under warranty:

Step 1 – Email Us First

Send an email to banditutv@yahoo.com and include:

• A clear photo of the shock

• The serial number (laser etched on the top of the shock head)

• A brief description of the issue

This allows us to verify your claim and document the serial number properly.

Step 2 – Next Steps

After review, we coordinate directly with Elka and provide you with official service instructions.

Please do not ship shocks until you receive confirmation from our team.

Black Label & Elka Bandit Edition– Out of Warranty Service

If your Black Label shocks are out of warranty, service is handled through authorized Elka service centers.

These centers are fully equipped to service Bandit Black Label shocks to factory specifications.

Previous Bandit Shock Models 

All discontinued Bandit shock models remain fully servicable. 

For non-warranty service or rebuilds:

• We recommend using a qualified local suspension technician to reduce downtime and shipping costs.

• Service kits and wear components are available on our Parts page.

• For direct rebuild assistance, you may contact service centers such as:

All standard suspension technicians can service these shocks. No proprietary tools are required.
