Was time to service my shocks so I ordered 4 service kits. One kit had been missing 1 small o ring. I emailed Bandit and got a response on a Sunday. Had the o ring to me in a couple of days. Great customer service and fast response time. Shocks are easy to service and like new once again. Thank you for the service videos as well.

Honestly you guys were great to work with. Unfortunately I’m having a hard time finding someone locally to replace the o rings. I wasn’t wanting to have to send them out of state for the work to be done.
I ordered shock rebuild kits shipping was fast.
I also had a question about a wrench I saw in one of their YouTube videos so I emailed asking about it and within 30 minutes I had a response.
