Was time to service my shocks so I ordered 4 service kits. One kit had been missing 1 small o ring. I emailed Bandit and got a response on a Sunday. Had the o ring to me in a couple of days. Great customer service and fast response time. Shocks are easy to service and like new once again. Thank you for the service videos as well.
